Matt Schrap currently holds the position of CEO for the Harbor Trucking Association. He has been featured on several national news outlets including 60 Minutes, ABC Nightly News, Fox News, PBS News Hour, Bloomberg TV and a host of others discussing drayage, trucking industry issues, regulatory policy and efficiency constraints. Prior to joining HTA, Matt was VP of Government Programs for the Velocity Vehicle Group, the world’s largest commercial truck dealership network where he worked on air quality regulatory policy and incentive opportunities for Heavy Duty trucks operating in California. Before his time at VVG, Matt was the Director of Environmental affairs for the California Trucking Association. He holds an MA in Public Policy Administration from CSULB and a BA in Government from CSUS.

Matthew David LeDucq, Chief Executive Officer, has 15+ years of experience in renewables business, has overseen $5B+ in transactions in EPC, OEM, and long-term investments, and bountiful experience leading transactions for utility scale solar, community solar, standalone storage, electric vehicle, fuel cell & microgrids. Prior to becoming CEO of Forum Mobility, Matt was the Executive Director of NextEra Energy’s distributed generation team where he oversaw all greenfield origination, land acquisition, early-stage development, and M&A. His team built the distributed generation pipeline to nearly $2B in owned assets.

Chanel Parson is responsible for progressing SCE’s vision for a Clean Energy Future through accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles, solar, and battery storage while also supporting grid resiliency through managing and maintaining strong demand response programs. Her portfolio includes over $1 billion in programs that directly support California’s objective to reach carbon neutrality by 2045. Prior to this role, Chanel served as the executive responsible for building electrification and energy efficiency programs. With over 18 years of utility experience, Chanel has led teams in training, transmission and distribution operations, project management, regulatory, safety, and customer service.

Dr. Noel Hacegaba is the Chief Operating Officer of the Port of Long Beach, responsible for managing the Port’s day-to-day operations, including Commercial Operations, Finance and Administration, Engineering Services, Planning and Environmental Affairs, Human Resources, Communications and Government Relations. In recent years, Dr. Hacegaba led the Port’s response to the pandemic-induced supply chain crisis, directing the Port’s Business Recovery Taskforce and coordinating with industry, labor and government partners to identify near-term solutions. Under his leadership, the Port of Long Beach opened the nation’s first “pop-up yard” to provide immediate congestion relief and facilitated the first 24-hour terminal operation.
