The former Maersk executive has navigated his new role not only remotely, but thousands of miles away from the Puyallup, WA offices of Westwood Shipping.
He has applied his experience leading, mentoring, and developing his team in a world where office drop-ins, lunchroom conversations, Client dinners, and traditional staff meetings around a board room table are non-existent.
Jack will share the strategies he’s used to lead, inspire, and engage his organization in today’s unique environment.
